Works for Executive Director. We seek a person who has experience managing a complex multiple act live performance. Must have experience with making lists in excel, with stage management and stage craft, and with managing a closely timed, elegantly staged theater event. Will report to the Stage Manager.
Works for Sponsor Director. Organizes and manages outreach and relationships with area sponsors, including Alpha Venture Partners, Carton Brewery, MyKitchenWitch, Phone.com, and 50 others.
Works for Executive Director. Manages communications with TED, the TEDx stakeholders, and manages projects for the executive director.
Works for CRM Director. Measure and manage TEDxNavesink’s digital footprint across all platforms. Ideal for learning marketing metrics.
Works for Event Director. Assists with food and beverage sponsors. Project management. Hospitality Management.
Works for Design Director. Advances our design assets and does page and screen designs for various applications.
Works for PR Director. Manages the day-to-day activities related to TEDxNavesink’s Twitter, Facebook, You Tube Account success including success metrics such as reach, shares, likes, ticket sales, newsletter registrations.
Works for Video Producer. Knows and understands video editing software and techniques.
Works for Video Producer. A skillful, self-directed photo and /or video journalist to cover pre-events and the TEDxNavesink event.
Works for Web Director. Can perform WordPress tasks daily or several times per week for tedxnavesink.com
Works for PR Director. Writes weekly blog posts, and micro-blogs daily. Assists with PR activities and press outreach and relationships.
