Ellen Martin
“I’ve been wanting to go to a TED event for years and now it’s here in my backyard. How exciting.”
Ellen Martin was born and raised in New York City and after wandering through many cities and states finds herself once again in this region. She got her BA in Art History at Brooklyn College, is an artist and has been involved in the Jersey Shore art scene for the past six years. She was on the Board of the Shore Institute of Contemporary Art, and the New Jersey Museum of Contemporary Art. She created and taught a course in marketing for the self-representing artist called, “Minding Your Own Business, Art Business, That Is.” She picked up her Marketing expertise as Marketing Director of Deltek Systems in Virginia.
