Kevin Hinkle
“Like anyone who envisions being a part of shaping the future of the Jersey shore, I see TEDx as a great opportunity to participate in the cross-pollination of ideas from an array of insightful thinkers and doers.”
Kevin Hinkle has been an exhibiting photographer since 2008. Although his early work focused primarily on abstract and minimalist images, Kevin’s current work involves layering 2-3 images to engage the viewer’s sense of wonder and curiosity. Frequently noted for their painterly appearance, these images depend heavily on line, shape, color, and texture. In addition to participation in juried exhibits in New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Virginia, and California, Hinkle’s work has been published in literary magazines such as the the Baltimore Review, Grey Sparrow, the Tulane Review, and Utter.
